Integrations
BusyBook connects with external services to extend your practice management capabilities. The Integrations page shows all available connectors, their connection status, and lets you connect or disconnect each one.
Viewing Your Integrations
Section titled “Viewing Your Integrations”Go to Settings > Integrations to see all available service connectors in a single grid. Each integration shows:
- The service name and icon
- A short description of what it does
- Connection status (Connected or Not Connected)
- A Connect or Settings button
Available Integrations
Section titled “Available Integrations”Google Business Profile
Section titled “Google Business Profile”Manage your Google listing directly from BusyBook. When connected, you can:
- View and respond to Google reviews
- Track local search visibility
- Keep your business information up to date
To connect: Click Connect and sign in with the Google account that owns your Business Profile.
Google Calendar
Section titled “Google Calendar”Two-way calendar sync. Appointments created in BusyBook appear in Google Calendar, and busy times from Google Calendar block off availability in BusyBook.
To connect: Click Connect and authorize access to your Google Calendar.
Send and receive client emails directly from BusyBook. When connected, BusyBook can send emails from your Gmail address instead of a generic system address.
To connect: Click Connect and authorize Gmail access.
Stripe Payments
Section titled “Stripe Payments”Accept card payments from clients. Stripe handles credit/debit cards, contactless payments via card readers, and saved cards on file. For detailed setup instructions, see Payment Settings.
Monitor and respond to Yelp reviews from your BusyBook dashboard.
To connect: Click Connect and provide your Yelp business page URL.
Square (Coming Soon)
Section titled “Square (Coming Soon)”Support for in-person payments, terminal workflows, and transaction syncing via Square. This integration is under development.
Connecting an Integration
Section titled “Connecting an Integration”- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find the service you want to connect
- Click Connect
- Follow the authorization flow (usually signing into the external service and granting BusyBook permission)
- Once authorized, the status changes to Connected
Disconnecting an Integration
Section titled “Disconnecting an Integration”- Find the connected integration
- Click the Settings (gear) icon
- Click Disconnect
- Confirm the disconnection
Disconnecting stops data sync between BusyBook and that service. Your data in the external service is not deleted.
Integration Status
Section titled “Integration Status”| Status | Meaning |

| Connected | Active and syncing |
| Not Connected | Available but not set up |
| Error | Connected but experiencing issues — click Settings to troubleshoot |
| Coming Soon | Planned but not yet available |
