Business Profile & Hours
Your business profile is the foundation of your BusyBook account. It controls what clients see on booking pages, receipts, and automated messages.
Editing Your Personal Information
Section titled “Editing Your Personal Information”- Go to Settings > Profile
- Click the Edit button on the profile card
- Update any of the following fields:
- First Name / Last Name — your name as it appears on receipts and messages
- Email — your contact email
- Phone — your business phone number (US format)
- Specialties — the services you’re trained in (e.g., Deep Tissue, Swedish)
- License Number — your professional license ID
- Tax ID / EIN — for tax reporting
- Bio — a short description of your practice
- Social Links — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and website URLs
- Click Save Changes
Changing Your Profile Photo
Section titled “Changing Your Profile Photo”Click your profile photo on the Profile card. Select an image (up to 20 MB), crop it to fit, and confirm. The new photo appears across BusyBook immediately.
Updating Your Business Address & Logo
Section titled “Updating Your Business Address & Logo”- On the Profile tab, find the Business Address card
- Click Edit to update:
- Business Name — your practice’s display name
- Street Address, City, State, ZIP — your physical location
- Website — your practice website URL
- Click Save Changes
To change your business logo, click the logo icon on the Business Address card and upload a new image.
Managing Locations
Section titled “Managing Locations”If you operate from more than one location:
- Scroll to the Locations section on the Profile tab
- Click + Add Location to add a new site
- Fill in the location name, address, phone, and email
- Mark one location as your primary — this is the default used on receipts and messages
You can add up to 10 locations. Each location can be synced with your card reader network from Payment Settings.
Setting Business Hours
Section titled “Setting Business Hours”- On the Profile tab, find the Business Hours card
- Click Edit
- For each day of the week:
- Check the box to mark the day as open
- Set your open time and close time
- Uncheck the box to mark a day as closed
- Click Save
Your calendar uses these hours to shade unavailable times and prevent bookings outside your schedule.
Setting Your Timezone
Section titled “Setting Your Timezone”- Go to Settings > Preferences
- Under General, select your timezone from the dropdown
- Click Save
BusyBook uses your timezone for all scheduling, reminders, and reports. Available timezones include all US time zones plus international options.
Managing Licenses
Section titled “Managing Licenses”The Licenses card on the Profile tab lets you track your professional credentials — license numbers, expiration dates, and issuing authorities. This is especially useful when multiple licenses are required for your practice.
